The cruise terminal is close to the city center, making it very convenient to explore the main attractions of Arrecife. The terminal is just a short walk (around 10-15 minutes) from the Charco de San Ginés, Playa del Reducto (the main beach), and other key areas. Visitors can easily access restaurants, shops, and cafes near the harbor.

 

Getting Around

 

Arrecife is relatively compact, making it easy to explore on foot, especially the central areas like Charco de San Ginés, Playa del Reducto, and the old town. Taxis are readily available throughout the city and are an easy way to get around if you want to reach areas outside walking distance.

The lagoon is home to small fishing boats, featuring a peaceful atmosphere in contrast to the busy city center. 

 

Plaza de las Palmas is a central square in the city, surrounded by palm trees and cafes. It’s a lovely spot to relax, enjoy a coffee, and people-watch. The square is lively and often hosts events, making it a nice area to soak in the local atmosphere.
